We certainly do, our entertainment contract is very informative. When we meet with you during your free consultation I will go over the contract with you line by line and answer any questions about the contract at that time.
The playing hours are included in the pricing structure we use. We can play show from 2hrs to 8hrs. Our playing hours are completely up to YOU ( the customer )
Travel time is not charged unless the stated event is outside the Mobile/Baldwin County area. If an event is in another state such a mississippi or lousiana, there will be a small charge for travel time or lodging if nessesary.
We like to have at least two hours before the event to set-up and do our sound checks. We want to make sure everything is up and running so once your event starts we have been ready for forty five minutes waiting on you.
With some events we charge by the hour, generally those aren't receptions. With receptions we have packages, which means, when you book with us, depending on how far in advance, you can be sure to get the best price for the type of reception you are looking to have.
